Onsombil, "LOSTiNSOUND"

  • What does sound look like? Director Edward Saltau demonstrates.

New Zealand jazz-hoppers Onsombil hit up fellow Kiwi Edward Saltau to direct this amazing short for "LOSTiNSOUND," off their self-titled full length released late last year.

“Meandering through the shapes of sound this music video leaves the most intriguing stones unturned even as it visualizes the physical essence of music. Shot on location in Stockholm under near perfect atmospheric conditions.
Commissioned by the Southern Society for the Visualization of Sound.”

Apparently Google doesn't know about the Southern Society for the Visualization of Sound, but if it actually exists, that is awesome.
